During this virtual hiring event, you will speak live with an ENGIE North America Talent Acquisition Partner and/or a Hiring Leader. What you’ll do:

Actively operate and maintain the sites by optimizing generation availability and performance through established procedures with the highest regard for health, safety and environment compliance.

·  Regional Engineer Renewable Generation
·  Responsible for functions relating to Solar and Wind generation facilities betterment, facility efficiency monitoring, plant performance measurements, engineering and project coordination. Also included is maintenance and repair of Solar equipment, as well as substations and balance of plant equipment.
·  Solar Site Operations Manager
·  Manage and support operations of five utility scale solar sites (270MW). Includes providing operational readiness support from construction to commercial operations as well as managing the day-to-day operation, maintenance, fiscal and administrative functions of the sites in line with corporate strategy and objectives while ensuring and nurturing safety of all personnel and equipment on the sites after project turnover to operations.
·  Solar Site Technician
·  Effectively use diagnostic equipment
·  Troubleshoot, repair and maintain solar systems: panels, trackers, combiner boxes, invertors, meteorological instrumentation and substation equipment such as: electrical control circuits, transformers, high voltage breakers.
·  Wind Technician
·  Troubleshoot, repair and maintain substation equipment such as: electrical control circuits, transformers, high voltage breakers and collection lines

What you bring:

·  Regional Engineer Solar & Wind Generation – Watertown, SD
·  Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
·  Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
·  Desired working knowledge of Wind and Solar generation equipment, protection and isolation equipment, substations, static and dynamic reactive power equipment, electrical collection systems as well as SCADA control and HMI systems.
·  Solar Site Operations Manager- Chase City, VA
·  Technical diploma/high school diploma and five (5) years' experience in a related industry. Must demonstrate a strong technical and managerial capability.
·  2+ years of previous experience in supervision of technical, operating or maintenance personnel.
·  In-depth knowledge of solar power generating equipment: inverters, trackers, met towers, combiners, SCADA and HV electrical distribution and substations.
·  Solar Site Technician – Chase City, VA & Gail, TX
·  2+ years of experience in Solar generation site, Wind generation site, Thermal power plant, Manufacturing or Mining operations, or Commercial & Industrial Maintenance.
·  Trades qualifications an asset: (HV Lineman, Electrician, Substation Technician or Controls Technician).
·  AVO certified as substation technician within 12 months of hire date.
·  Proficient in using and maintaining SCADA systems.
·  Wind Technician – Waco, TX (Mart, TX) & Colby, KS & Watertown, SD
·  3+ years of experience industrial MV/ HV voltage application.
·  Trades qualifications an asset: (Lineman, Electrician, Millwright, Control Technician).
·  HV experience, able to attain AVO substation technician certification within 12 months of hire.

·  Hear and understand audible alarms, detect changes in noise levels of rotating equipment and portable radio communication.
·  Must be physically capable of wearing protective equipment (PPE) including but not limited to half and full-face respirators, fall protection equipment, hardhat, safety shoes, safety glasses etc.
·  Ability to pass a respirator physical and respirator fit test (if applicable)
·  Ability to lift-up to 50 lbs
