ENGIE are recruiting for a Performance Assurance Analyst to be based in Whitehall Road, Leeds, LS12 1BE. This is a permanent full-time role working 37 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

This role is to provide analytical support in managing ENGIE’s performance against industry standards. This includes settlement performance, meter read issues and timely receipt of data flows. Provide reports as required to management and relevant industry bodies on performance assurance issues.

To act as first point of contact on performance issues with industry regulatory bodies including Elexon and Xoserve.

Key Accountabilities:

· 
Provide reports on industry settlement performance, identifying issues to be resolved.

· 
Manage the Elexon Business Unit Settlement Risk Report providing reports to management on red and amber areas, identifying areas for resolution.

· 
Lead the operational processes for obtaining meter reads and ensuring they are used for the settlement calculation.

· 
Monitor the performance of third-party agents ensuring any underperformance against contracted or industry service levels are identified.

· 
Manage the receipt of third party invoices, ensuring they are validated and any adhoc charges are correctly passed onto the customer bill.

· 
Assist in the creation of performance improvement plans and in achieving necessary actions to improve performance.

· 
Ensure performance information is prepared for industry deadlines.

· 
Act as first point of contact with industry regulatory bodies including Elexon and Xoserve. Fielding performance assurance related queries and creating necessary reports.

· 
Management of the Balancing and Settlement Code Performance Assurance Reporting and Monitoring System (PARMS) process, ensuring that all files submitted are accurate and produced in a timely manner.

· 
Manage the Balancing and Settlement Code Trading Dispute process and communicate outcomes to the business as appropriate.

Required Qualifications, Skills or Experience:

·  Numerical skills
·  Advanced proficiency of Microsoft Office
·  Verbal comprehension
·  Organisational skills
·  Proven ability to produce accurate work within tight deadlines
·  Practical approach to problem solving
·  Good knowledge of industry processes particularly the relevant areas of the Balancing and Settlement Code (BSC), Uniform Network Code (UNC), Distribution Connection use of System Agreement (DCUSA) and the Master Registration Agreement (MRA).
·  Demonstrated ability to succeed in a complex and dynamic environment
·  Previous experience in an analytical role
·  Previous industry experience is desirable
·  GCSE Maths and English Grade C (or equivalent)
·  Degree level (or equivalent), preferable
