ENGIE are recruiting for a Marketing Executive to be based in Leeds (LS12 1BE). This is a permanent and full-time role which offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
Purpose of the Job
The Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting the development and delivery of compelling marketing material and campaigns designed to drive leads and sales for the UK business
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver on and offline marketing campaigns across all areas of the B2B business
Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud to build, send and report on email campaigns
Create Salesforce dashboards for sales and marketing use
Work with sales teams to develop campaign targeting and understand effectiveness
Monitor campaign progress and report on success and ROI
Manage stakeholders to ensure campaign materials are created in a timely manner
Manage suppliers such as design agencies, print houses and digital marketing agencies
Evaluate and improve UX and UI on digital platforms
Assist the Campaign Manager with campaign planning, PPC and Social advertising campaigns

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Essential
Previous experience (ideally, 2 years minimum) in a marketing role
Solid CRM and automated marketing experience (ideally, 2 years minimum)
o CRM: Preferably Salesforce Sales Cloud but any of these – Active Campaign, Zoho CRM, Oracle on Demand CRM, Hubspot, Microsoft Dynamics, Sugar CRM, SAP CRM, bpm'online CRM, Copper (previously ProsperWorks)
o Automation: Preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud but any of these - Pardot, Hubspot, Marketo, Act-On, MailChimp, Silverpop, Eloqua, infusion soft, Salesfusion
Comfortable reporting on campaigns: able to collate reports from different sources (marketing software, sales/CRM software and Google analytics)
Comfortable with Google Analytics: able to report on campaign success
Experience in building end to end automated campaigns – building journeys, segmenting database/campaign audience selection, copy writing, email design, and post campaign reporting
Knowledge of UX & UI: Able to analyse websites and identify where technical and experiential usability improvements should be made
Excellent communication skills including the ability to communicate campaign results clearly and write copy for campaigns
Good stakeholder management skills
Highly efficient and well organised
Strong eye for detail

University degree or equivalent
Marketing Qualification (Chartered Institute of Marketing or recognised equivalent)
Energy services and energy market knowledge
Knowledge and experience of UX/UI
Building/designing emails
Copy writing skills
