ENGIE are recruiting for an Integration Developer to be based in Leeds (LS12 1BE). This is a permanent role which involves working full-time hours. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

Delivers new integration services to the business including:

o Innovate and design new services
o Build, test and document new services

Supports and abides by the quality assurance, process and governance services

Supports the Business Systems Manager in achieving the team's objectives

In collaboration with the application support team resolves any issues with BAU processes that cannot be resolved using the handover support documentation

Ensures that operational documentation (technical notes, incident resolution notes) is maintained up to date and stored in the appropriate document repository.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Essential

Knowledge of web services and SOAP, REST (XML/JSON)

Proven experience (ideally, 2+ years) in a development environment

Permanent right to work in the UK

Desirable

Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent

ITIL qualification (Foundation level or above)

Good knowledge of ITIL and general service management practice

Knowledge of Web Sphere, IBM MQ, IIB or ACE but training will be provided.
