ENGIE are recruiting for a HR Business Partner to be based in the Midlands or the north of England. This is a 3-month Fixed Term Contract working 37.5 hours per week. The role is Home based with travel required. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

We are looking for someone to help us with the mobilisation of a new contract  which will involve the TUPE transfer of around 1000+ employees split over multiple sites. Planning approach and strategy from due diligence through to full integration.  Working in partnership with HR colleagues and other members of the mobilisation team.

Responsibilities:  

· 
Integral member of Mobilisation Team managing end to end mobilisation of contract and transition into ‘business as usual’ state 

· 
Provide expert advice on all aspects of TUPE transfer and other employment matters

· 
Reviewing and collating employee liability information to carry out due diligence

· 
Consulting with and providing information to transferring employees and trade unions

· 
Liaison with transferor as appropriate

· 
Plan and provide HR support on sites to deliver local consultation exercises regarding TUPE matters, proposed restructures, changes to terms and conditions etc.

· 
Ensure accurate records are maintained

· 
Review cost implications of any changes

· 
Produce documentation as required

· 
Attend project team meetings and provide progress reports

· 
Coaching line managers in all people processes to ensure best practice and employee engagement is enhanced

· 
Continually review personal performance ensuring it meets the needs of users

Required Qualifications, Skills or Experience:

  

•CIPD qualified or equivalent experience

•Solid experience of managing incoming TUPE transfer with detailed knowledge of TUPE regulations

•Track record in HR and change management in HRBP/HR Manager roles

•Professional knowledge of UK employment legislation and best practice

•Commercial acumen and credibility

•Strong Interpersonal skills with the ability to influence

•Numerate with strong verbal reasoning skill

•Ability to work to tight deadlines with conflicting priorities

•Practical approach to problem solving

•Professional and credible with effective stakeholder management

•Strong team player with collaborative working style 

•Highly motivated with ‘can do’ approach

•Ability to travel without restriction, with potential for some unsociable hours and nights away from home
