ENGIE are recruiting for a  HR Admin Apprentice  to be based at the Queen Alexandra Hospital. This is an 18 month apprenticeship role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

The Purpose of this role will be to support the HR Advisor to deliver an excellent end to end HR service to Managers and employees on site. You will be truly passionate about people and delivering a high level of Customer Service. You will provide administrative support, including but not limited to processing paperwork, filing, dealing with emails, creating reports, gathering information, making bookings, arranging meetings for all elements of the people process. 

Key Responsibilities:

· 
As part of the HR team, you will be supporting leave and flexible working requests

· 
You will attend components of the Apprenticeship Framework for your own development 

· 
Involved in Employee Engagement initiatives 

· 
You will collaborate with those you work with and to increase efficiency and instigate activities in agreement with your executive team

· 
Maintain and improve your knowledge & understanding of the health service arena generally and, more specifically, the area of focus for those you support.

· 
Maintain a high level of organisation, ensure that all files are all kept up to date and in order. 

Required Qualifications, Skills or Experience:

 

·  Achieved Grade A*-C (or equivalent) in GCSE English and Maths
·  Sound understanding of Microsoft Office/Excel
