Our Services business improves energy performance across the industrial, public and commercial building sectors by developing and implementing cost-saving, smart energy and environmentally efficient services.

• Supporting key financial accounting activities of ENGIE SERVICES Group ie journal processing, reconciliations, foreign currency statements translation, financial statements consolidation and preparation, intercompany transactions and balances, ensuring completeness of local ledgers to meet group, local & statutory reporting.
• Completing all reporting requirements of the APAC and Group Finance as well as Executive Leadership Team.
• Working with Business Units to deliver accurate monthly financial reporting and general ledger reconciliations, following-up with Business Units to resolve any long outstanding reconciling items. 
• Participating in statutory audits i.e. preparing of year-end audit files and schedules (where applicable), and compiling relevant information for compliance audits ie State Revenue audits.
• Assisting in the delivery of key strategic projects including accounting standard changes e.g. IFRS15 and IFRS16.
• Providing technical accounting support to Business Units where required.
• Assist in completing monthly reporting pack with detailed commentary including variance analysis.
• Complete all internal reporting requirements in-line with APAC & Corporate deadlines, and senior leadership reporting.
• Maintain of the integrity and accuracy of the fixed asset register
• Agreeing month end inter-company loan accounts balances
• Assist with the implementation of internal control initiatives and work with Business Units to ensure alignment to Group policies and procedures  
• Collate information required for direct and indirect tax compliance process (where applicable). Liaise with business unit to commplete FBT return;  and assist in the preparation of monthly BAS returns, ensuring a robust testing process and supporting documentation as appropriate;

The selected candidate will be able to demonstrate:

·  CA or CPA Qualified
·  Extensive experience in a similar role within the building services / facilities management industry
·  Proficient in Project Accounting and IFRS
·  Exposure in working for a multinational or large corporate organisation is a preference
