ENGIE are recruiting for an Export Administrator to be based in Leeds (LS12 1BE). This is a permanent and full-time role which offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
Purpose of the Job
To provide support to the Origination Sales Team including analysis, quote preparation and contract operation.
Key Responsibilities
Capture and maintain Export, Battery and Demand Side Response (DSR) prospect and contract data in systems
Support internal stakeholders (e.g. Pricing, Demand Forecasting, Retail Hedging) in delivering optimal service to the commercial team
Provide flows of data to internal and external stakeholders
Undertake quotation preparation to respond to export/DSR requests in a timely and accurate manner
Ensure correct use of pricing models and documents during the Pricing Process
Ensure correct use of billing models and documents to be used during the Billing Process
Support the monitoring and reporting on electricity Export, Battery and DSR activity and margin
Support the development of new/amended export products
Support the operation of existing customers contracts
Support the development and maintenance of continuous-improvement processes for Export
Ensure excellent customer service to Export/Power Purchase Agreement (PPA)/Battery/DSR customers and the development of customer relationships.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Essential
Experience in the UK energy (power and gas) market, specifically the renewable sector
Strong numeracy and problem solving skills
Good customer service and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office in particular using Excel to capture data
Desirable
Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline or equivalent is desirable
Experience of working with customers and/or renewables developers
Knowledge of export retail pricing and billing policies/methodologies and systems
Knowledge of export market and products
Knowledge of embedded benefits and regulations
