ENGIE are recruiting for an Electrical Supervisor to be based at Dungeness B Power Station in Kent. This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

Main Responsibilities/Duties Include:

· 
Manage a team of Electricians, facilitating appropriate project work and repair to systems, plant or equipment.

· 
Support the Hard Services Manager with activities required to deliver work in line with the project plan including safety, quality, and schedule.

· 
Develop effective working relationships with appropriate parties.

· 
Ability to accurately produce and analyse electrical technical drawings.

· 
Manage time effectively to ensure tasks are handled accurately and on time ensuring a high standard of delivery to the business and client.

· 
Implement and comply with applicable safety, environmental and quality standards of company policies and other relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.

· 
Prioritisation of work schedules and projects, delivering on time in full and to budget.

Required Qualifications, Skills or Experience:

·  City & Guilds, NVQ or HNC, HND Electrical Engineering - 18th edition.
·  Preferably degree educated in an Electrical Engineering/Technical discipline - chartered or equivalent.
·  Proven knowledge of Health & Safety legislation.
·  Experience of budget monitoring, commercial awareness and experience at managing contractors.
·  Previous work experience in the nuclear sector or an industrial environment advantageous, specifically high voltage plant equipment
·  Proven ability in the preparation of reports and information using packages such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
·  Relevant technical experience including the preparation of technical documentation, the review and approval of technical procedures, construction experience and commissioning activities.
·  Experience of supervising sub-contractors and leading a project team.
·  DBS/DS Standard.
