ENGIE are recruiting for a 
Electrical Engineer  to be based at RAF Lakenheath, Brandon, IP27 9PP . This is a permanent full time role working 40  hours per week, Monday to Friday 9 am - 5 pm (This role also involves a Call out rota, currently 1 week in 11) On offer is a salary banding of £28,000 - £35,000, plus Call Out allowance, dependent upon skills and experience.


General Overview:

Reporting to the Service Manager, the Electricians primary role will be maintenance and reactive repairs on MFH buildings on RAF Mildenhall, Lakenheath and Feltwell.
 
Main Responsibilities/Duties Include:


·  Carry out PPM tasks and record and complete relative documents 
·  Carry out reactive callouts on critical systems in MFH
·  Complete compliance testing and minor works to JSP375 standard
·  Minor installation works and testing  
·  Use of pool vans 
·  Included in out of ours callout rota 
·  Clear communication of the company vision and objectives ensuring the implementation of new procedures
·  Promote and drive the company values
·  Keep up to date with industry developments, driving innovation and effective change
·  This role will include emergency response and repair to critical life safety hospital equipment and will be client forward facing, the candidate will need to have good experience and excellent communication skills to ensure all operational and contractual obligations are adhered to mitigate risk to ENGIE For more information about ENGIE please visit:http://www.engie.com/en/candidates-area/

Qualifications or Required Experience:   

·  City and Guilds parts 1 & 2 Electrical Installation or equivalent (required to achieve JSP375 requirements)
·  City and Guilds 2391 testing or equivalent preferred but not essential
·  Strong communication skills 
·  Good experience of electrical maintenance and repairs 
·  Previous AP/ AE experience and qualifications preferred but not essential
