Job description
The Role:
The Digital Coordinator will develop and implement the digital marketing and acquisition activities including social media, digital media advertising and email marketing
Key Responsibilities:
· Execute aspects of digital marketing operations, such as planning digital marketing campaigns, creating concepts and contents, setting audiences and value propositions, and integrating digital channels;
· Execute a marketing plan or components of a marketing plan while working within established marketing systems;
· Complete research and analyse data to develop and/or support a sound understanding of customer segments, trends, needs, and expectations;
· Support the marketing channels and customer touchpoints analysis, by performing various data, research and benchmarking techniques.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will be customer focused and have UX and UI experience, ideally gained from a retail energy or utilities background. You will have a creative flair with superb communication and collaboration skills. You will be action oriented and able to plan and prioritise work to meet deadlines.
Experience in the energy retail, utilities and telecommunications sector will be well regarded.
