ENGIE are recruiting for a Deputy Waste Co-ordinator to be based in Sizewell B Power Station Leiston Suffolk IP16 4UR. This is a permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, and benefits package.

To coordinate hazardous and non-hazardous waste management systems onsite, with an understanding and proactive approach to waste recycling and segregation. To be able to deputise for the Waste Co-Ordinator in all aspects of the role

Main Responsibilities/Duties Include:

· 
Work with the Waste Coordinator to ensure that tasks are planned and delivered to client specification and environmental legislative requirements.

· 
Complete and update relevant databases and documentation

· 
Compliant with all environmental/waste/ safety related policies and procedures

Required Qualifications, Skills or Experience:

·  IOSH Managing Safely
·  IEMA Certificate in Environmental management or equivalent would be advantageous
·  Dangerous Goods General Awareness Training
·  Dangerous Goods Consignor Training
·  Gen Convention AL Wast Engie / EDF Energy Training Requirements ;

·  Engie Company Induction
·  Engie Health and Safety (level one) including COSHH
·  Engie Manual Handling (POPS)
·  Engie – Duty of Care
·  Engie - Bodily fluids / Bio hazard Training
