ENGIE are recruiting for a Administration Assistant to be based in Endcliffe Avenue Sheffield S10 3EA . This is a permanent part-time role working 20 hours per week. On offer is a salary of 9,069, dependent upon skills and experience and benefits package.
Flexible working patterns possible

Responsible for general administration duties associated with the University of Sheffield. Must be focused on customer care with an infectious “can do” attitude with the flexibility and adaptability to be a team member in a changing business environment. Experience of working within a high profile, customer focused environment in addition to commercial and financial awareness including understanding contractual requirements.

Main Responsibilities/Duties Include:

· 
Administration of the Maximo CAFM system

· 
Supports works Supervisors with oversight and distribution of Work Orders

· 
Logging of Corrective Works in the Maximo CAFM system

· 
Administration of student damage through the client STEMS system

· 
Recording of employee data for Annual Leave and Overtime

· 
Supports with required data to the Account Manager for the monthly client report

· 
Ad-hoc Administration of all Purchase Card expenditure receipts through Mi-Vision

· 
Support the wider contract with general administrative support as required

Required Qualifications, Skills or Experience:

·  Rounded educational background with direct experience in operational administration.
·  Facilities Management/services experience advantageous
·  Experience in either a Finance or Facilities Management environment desirable
·  Excellent IT skills with Microsoft applications & other in house IT Management systems (Maximo, Technology Forge, Coupa, etc)
·  Excellent communication and customer service skills
·  Demonstrate good time management skills, working to deadlines and adhering to set procedures.
·  Needs to be versatile and adaptive
·  Credible experience within a similar position
