Design to Value - Global Procurement

For our Global Procurement we are looking for a Design To Value Expert with an innovative and curious approach, up-to-date knowledge and used to work in a fast paced environment.

Main Responsibilities :

· Coordinate Design to Value projects aimed at:
· Optimizing cost and/or tender structure of recurrent product and services
· Bringing business concepts to final products, creating with Business, external experts and providers the design of new product and services
· Support product development chain also during relation with suppliers to make sure the found solutions will be carried out
· Develop market analysis to identify and consequently foster the application of new solutions
· Perform cost analysis and potentially valuation analysis in order to measure achieved results Professional background
3-5 experience working in
· product development or procurement-related functions (product marketing, development, innovation, research, design)
· engineering or business development related functions
· management consulting (operations and procurement)
Education
· Graduates in Engineering, Economics, IT, Statistics or Maths
· An MBA or a similar Master will be an advantage
· Knowledge or training in Project Management Professional methodologies: any certification Skills:
· Project management proficiency
· Ability to drive cross-functional involvement and fast pace of implementation, to multitask in high pace where rapid changes are common
· Dual technical knowledge to manage interactions between BLs
· Strong leadership skills to drive change and challenge organization
· Proven analytical skills and full proficiency in MS tools (e.g., pptx, xls)
· Basics competences in communicating to present numerical data
· Experience in utilities or providers of the main energy companies can represent a plus
Soft Skills
· Communication, negotiation, decision making and problem solving skills
· Innovative approach, active contribution to solutions optimization
· Capabilities to managing multiple suppliers and stakeholders in a dynamic, schedule oriented environment
· Ability to collaborate and work within cross functional/international teams
Languages
· Good English and Italian skills, both speech and writing (Spanish is a plus)
