Key Responsibilities

·       Typically, 1 – 2 years of relevant experience

·       Candidate should possess Good Work Experience on Infrastructure Security Domain – specifically on Identity and Access Management domain. Should have experience of supporting the same for big enterprise

·       Work in 24/7 shifts

·       Should possess excellent communication skills

·       Would be handling In-depth technical activities around Windows / Unix “User and Access Management”.

·       Should be enthusiastic to learn new technologies. Once on-boarded, should be willing to learn and deliver UAM on multiple platforms.

·       Audit: Supporting Internal/External Audit requests for evidence, basic understanding of Security Governance, Compliance.

·       Good Understanding of Active Directory, LDAP, HTML, MS Office, IT Infrastructure concepts, Meta directory, Identity Management, Share Point & Service Now. Be ready to provide administrative support and work on the front end of a Sun Microsystems (soon to be Oracle) IDM tool.

·       Should have ITIL certification and Customer service skills

·       Incident Management: Resolve most technical incidents independently within your technical area. Work with team members to resolve more complex or cross-technology incidents.

·       Escalation Management: identify potential escalations and alert management proactively.

·       Change Management: Ensure to attend cab/tab calls and ensure to complete the change within specified timelines.

·       Quality: Provide continual improvement recommendations/direction setting advice within work team. performing monthly Quality Assurance checks on existing Best Shore Team’s termination work.

·       Documentation: Ability to document procedures for new work for the existing Best Shore provisioning teams

·       Teamwork: Work as part of a team, which may be virtual, global, and/or multi-functional. Seen as a resource to the team within area of technical responsibility. Resource must ensure that no gaps in overall support and continued timeliness specific to the completion of work.
