Summary

The Office of the CIO (OCIO) provides DXC employees and businesses with the technology capabilities to effectively operate a large global company. We position DXC to be the showcase of world class IT services by driving digital transformation, employee experience, and business enablement.

Within OCIO, the Regional Business Relationship Management team interfaces with the regional business executives to align regional business objectives with the right set of IT capabilities and serve as the IT single point of contact. The Regional Business Analyst is part of the region IT team helping achieve the overall OCIO mission.

The Regional Business Analyst is responsible to:

·  Oversee PC lifecycle program in the region, working with Delivery and the global service management teams to proactively identify and resolve issues spanning both fulfillment and asset reclaim.
·  Research and disposition requests for restricted IT services, such as mobility exceptions and on-premise email accounts
·  Partner with the facilities organization to understand real estate plans and align the IT services supporting DXC offices
·  Assist with regional communication campaigns to promote IT initiatives, e.g. Cybersecurity awareness
·  Analyze service gaps, and support business case development for IT projects
·  May initiate and manage IT improvement actions to better meet the expectations and needs of the regional business
·  May participate in IT projects to analyze or clarify local business requirements, and coordinate testing and rollout with the business.
·  Promote best practices found in one region or business to other business organizations

The successful candidate will contribute to the Office of the CIO strategies, provide insight into local IT services performance, may participate in or lead get-well initiatives, and ultimately drive employee satisfaction within the region.

Knowledge and Skills Required

·  Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
·  6+ years of work experience
·  Strong analytical and problem solving skills
·  Strong presentation skills
·  Strong written and verbal skills in local language and in English
·  Basic understanding of the IT service delivery model
·  Proven ability to resolve issues and / or escalate issues as appropriate
·  Positive, highly motivated, and with a can-do attitude
·  Ability to work within a team setting or independently to achieve goals and objectives
·  Ability to handle uncertainty while continuing to drive assigned work
