Job description


·  Job Description:

This role operates at regional level and supports in multiple areas including financials, reports, metrics and performance, audit and compliance, and communications.

Job specifics/responsibilities:

·  Drives alignment with LDSM processes and ABS Labor Strategy and escalates issues when deemed appropriate (Labor Strategy, Proposed resources rejected, etc.)
·  Exhausts all internal souring options within the company in accordance with Labor Strategy guidelines before triggering external capacity change processes
·  Timely review and actioning of Labor demand requests when support ratios are within best practice standards.
·  Supports Internal resource searches for demand fulfillment for one or more Delivery Manager organizations in their business area in alignment with Labor Strategy  (Right Resource, right location, right time, right cost).
·  Reviews demand to ensure it is accurate and complete (WMA, Skills, FTE based, etc.)
·  Manages the Labor Availability Management Process (Bench Management)
·  Ensures LDSM supply and demand processes are followed by Project Managers and Delivery Managers
·  Works to build a good business relationship with Delivery Managers and Project Managers
·  Works to build business relationship with Talent Acquisition team in an effort to drive efficient sourcing processes, support policy compliance, and enable communications
·  Facilitates alignment with External Labor Sourcing Strategy
·  Guides direction of demand fulfillment for external sourcing to align with Labor Strategy
·  Supports an efficient demand fulfillment process and verifies availability of resources and softbooks/commits resources to demand signal and ensures correct resource assignment status.
·  Monitors WRAP reports to see trends and issues.
·  Requests for Resource Rate information
·  Drives correct utilization of resources including suggesting re-allocations or challenging proposed resource locations or resource levels as applicable

Education (degree) and professional experience required:

·  First level university degree; advanced university degree or equivalent experience preferred
·  Typically 2-3  years experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area.
·  Very good understanding of resource management
·  Experience in international project and programme management

Other requirements:

·  Fluent in English language

Technical skills (procedures and documents the employee has to be acquainted with):
