Role Description:

The Technical Support Engineer is part of the Big Data & Analytics in Sofia. (S)He works with Hadoop Experts, Experienced Software Developers, Data Scientists and other Technology Experts to support analytic platforms and solutions that would enable the autonomous driving. The position is suitable for people who would like to develop as DevOps or Big Data Engineers.

Primary Responsibilities:

•Deliver the ongoing support of the Autonomous Driving Platform by using DevOps practices.
•Avoid any unplanned downtime in the production environment.
•Achieve high level of customer satisfaction and meet the predefined service level agreements.
•Incident, problem, change management and release management of the supported solution.
•Ability to cover 24x7 mode with on call rotation.

Key Skills and experience required:
•University degree in Computer science, other related area or equivalent work experience.
•Fluent English;
•Strong experience and knowledge in configuring and operating Linux environment.
•Experience with Docker, Ansible or Hadoop technologies will be considered as strong advantage. 
•Experience with software development and programming languages like Java or Python will be considered as advantage.
•Ability to manage tasks efficiently and able to meet deadlines.
•Good communication skills.
•Motivated team player, willing to work in an agile environment.
