Responsibilities:

·  Performs audits of processes, work products, and tools.
·  Maintains and reports specified measures.
·  Analyzes process improvements and quality of work products.
·  Usually works with multiple issues/projects and people.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

·  Experience with Microsoft Office products, proficient with Excel and Word
·  Detail oriented and organized
·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·  Strong process related analytical skills
·  Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
·  Ability to abide by business policies
·  Ability to maintain attendance to support required quality and quantity of work

Qualifications:

·  Associates Degree or equivalent experience
·  2-3 years of quality analysis experience
·  1-2 years of healthcare industry experience is preferred
·  Proficient with MS Excel
