We are not currently looking for a bright and enthusiastic HR and Payroll Process Expert to come and join our team in Vienna.

Key Responsibilities will include:

·  Transition and transformation of HR and Payroll processes from a country setup towards and onshore/nearshore model
·  Manage the transformation “end to end” for a defined set of HR processes - Plan and Lead Process workshops with clients
·  Combine your Subject Matter expertise with transition and transformation methodology and ensure processes are designed to deliver services as described in the Statement of Work
·  Ability to propose solutions, addressing client business issues and objectives using a combination of company standardized and customized services - Liaise with HR and Payroll Applications team to provide functional specifications to enhance current platform
·  Support Operations teams during Ramp-up, Go-Live and Stabilization phases
·  Lead and coordinate the Change Request Management process: collect customer requirements, analyze and estimate impacts (application, process and organization), coordinate implementation
·  Manage customer escalations: manage customer expectations, root cause analysis, propose and implement solutions
·  Participate in continuous improvement initiative and recommend business process enhancements

Key experience and skills required:

·  Several years of Subject Matter Expert experience in HR and Payroll processes
·  In-depth knowledge of HR and Payroll (end-to-end process)
·  Similar experience in multi-country Payroll/HR outsourcing projects and/or Operational experience
·  Flexibility to work in multicultural process teams
·  Good client’s relationships; building strong business relationships with clients creating respect and trust
·  Problem-solving mindset - Willingness and ability to travel (25% of the time depending on project phase and home location)
·  Fluency in English and in German, oral and written - SAP HCM experience
