This position is for a help desk on the Pennsylvania PROMISe account taking calls from Providers and users of the PROMISe system.  Provides technical support to users for moderately complex computer related technical problems on a primary account.  Acts as customer service specialist.  Provides back-up assistance on other services as needed. Training provided to support healthcare providers with this new PROMISe system.

Education and Experience:

·  High School Diploma or equivalent
·  3+ years of experience with helpdesk, customer service
·  Working onsite, Monday-Friday and the hours worked will vary weekly between 7:30 AM-5:30 PM
·  Experience with proper phone etiquette
·  Good Communicator (listening and speaking)
·  Patience
·  Technical skills are a plus
·  Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
·  Excellent attendance
·  Team player
