We provide healthcare professionals with a software solution with a full range of services to help improve the efficiency of their operations, provide their patients with a more seamless experience, attract new patients, and collaborate with other practitioners.

For patients
We provide patients with a more transparent access to healthcare and a full suite of online services to manage their health: from finding nearby healthcare professionals, to booking/managing appointments 24/7 online, having remote medical consultations via video and receiving a digital prescription in their online account.

·  We partner with 135,000 healthcare professionals and 2500 healthcare facilities including some of the largest hospitals in France and Germany;
·  50+ million patients visit our platform every month;
·  We plan to hire 2,000 Doctolibers in the coming years to transform the healthcare sector.

About the role:

Joining the Campaign Factory, you will be at the center of the Doctolib Marketing team. In charge of developing, drafting and creating impactful marketing campaigns for B2B and B2C, your work will have a direct impact on the overall satisfaction of our users (patients, practitioners, assistants...) and on our volume of B2B leads.

(Some) of your daily challenges: 

As a campaign manager you’ll partner with data, product management, design, operations, sales, and marketing functions to:

·  Craft & develop impactful campaigns, together with business owners, including segmentation, positioning, message, goal, design, tests and go live via our marketing digital platforms
·  Automate our campaigns to nurture leads as well as our users towards our acquisition and satisfaction objectives
·  Dive into the data of the marketing dashboards to drive your campaigns performance
·  Be a key contributor in the feature launch process and ongoing release cadence of top features/products for doctors and their teams, from ideation to launch and adoption.
·  Help the team to build new growth processes
·  Inspire our collaborators with a compelling vision 

Who you are:

·  You have a good knowledge in programming languages both front & data oriented: HTML, CSS, SQL etc.
·  You’re eager to launch and drive adoption for new products and services, owning and achieving key KPIs
·  You’re comfortable dealing with both quantitative and qualitative insights to design your campaigns
·  You have at least 2 years experience in marketing campaign management (emailing, in-app…) using a marketing tool (Intercom, WalkMe, Hubspot, Mailchimp, Adobe Campaign, Typeform...)
·  You understand the marketing funnel and know how to optimize it at each stage
·  You have strong personal organization and project management abilities
·  UX & UI background is a plus
·  You have excellent communcation skills , with the ability to articulate both verbally and in writing a compelling vision;
·  You are used to working in an  international  environment and able to think global / act local;
·  You have a keen eye for detail, a mind for strategic program development and efficiency. You focus is on getting things done
·  Self directed ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ability to work collaboratively across functions
·  You recognize yourself in our  SCALES values  (Service, Care, Act, Learn, Enjoy, Structure);
·  You have an  entrepreneurial mindset  with the ambition to transform the healthcare sector;
·  You are fluent in  English . Native speaker in  French or German is a plus;
·  An understanding of the healthcare industry and a good vision of the future of healthcare is a plus.
