With the acquisition of the world's largest plant-based company White Wave, the Essential Dairy and Plant-Based division of Danone is going through an expansive and exciting phase. The integration of the Alpro brand into the Nordic business is underway and we have big plans to continue its success.

As a Trade Marketing Specialist for our brands within FMCG your objective is to make our brands come alive in-store by creating sales driving brand messages and communication in all in-store related activities.

You will report to Nordic Head of Commercial Strategy and be part of the newly created Commercial Development team, formed to strengthen our commercial capabilities. You will work closely with Key Account Managers, Field Sales, Category Manager, Brand Managers, as well as Trade and advertising agencies and buyers at our customers.

Responsibilities

·  Translate the brand equity and campaign message into inspirational in-store message with a clear reason to buy.
·  Responsible for producing the POS-material for all in-store communication.
·  Be responsible for the promotional idea and new concept generation.
·  Propose and keep track of in-store activities with the objective to optimize timing and brand focus.
·  Set up objectives and KPIs for in-store activities and follow these up with the objective to increase effectiveness.
·  Secure implementation of our initiatives in-store through close collaboration with our sales team.
·  Identify new methods and mechanics that will improve effectiveness of our in-store activations.
·  Have a clear understanding of our brand portfolio's promotional responsiveness to be able to recommend optimal promo calendar.
·  Lead the development of the promotion process.

Qualifications

·  Language: Fluent in Finnish and English, (Swedish is a plus but not a requirement)
·  Education: Bachelor's degree in sales/marketing, or graduate from a marketing school. Professional experience: 2-3 years working within sales/marketing focusing on in-store material and campaigns.
