About the Job

We are looking for a new intern to join our Talent Team! This team is part of the CBS Benelux HR team with Talent Managers based across the various Danone entities in the Benelux region. You will be based in our office in Zoetermeer and will work closely with and learn from the Talent Managers from all Benelux locations. The internship will offer you a very inspiring environment and a lot of responsibilities. Your focus will be talent acquisition and talent development of interns.

The new Talent Campus intern will be managing the internship recruitment process for the scope including, but not limited to: Cycles & Procurement, Finance, HR, IS/IT and Marketing. Besides this, you will get the opportunity to bring your ideas to life in a variety of Talent Management related projects that are continuously running.

So, what will you do and learn in practice?

·  Managing the internship (campus) recruitment process from beginning to end (job intake with the hiring manager, writing engaging & appealing job ads, screening CV’s, scheduling and conducting interviews and managing the communication towards candidates and line managers);
·  Being the main contact person for the new hired interns (provide them information, guidance and carry out the onboarding process);
·  Ensuring that the company is present with great content on relevant job/student platforms;
·  Supporting the Talent Managers in following up the Talent Review process;
·  Contribute to different employer branding initiatives, like creating content, making vacancy video’s and the use of social media;
·  Ensuring smooth communication with various (inter)national, internal and external stakeholders

About You

You are a Bachelor/Master student in HR, Organizational Psychology or a related field. You are highly motivated, proactive and like to challenge yourself . You are agile , have strong communication skills and like being in touch with multiple stakeholders . You feel confident working autonomously, while still being a team-player and are not afraid to take on responsibilities. You are structured and organized and able to manage many different projects and vacancies at the same time.

Key criteria to be eligible for this internship:

·  You are enrolled at a university for the whole duration of the internship (if you are a non-EU citizen you must be enrolled in a Dutch university to be eligible for this internship)
·  You are fluent in English —both verbal and written, Dutch is considered a plus
·  You can start in August 2020 for at least 6 months , 4-5 days per week;
·  You are able to work from Zoetermeer, the Netherlands if the COVID-19 situation allows us to go to the office.
