ROLE INTRODUCTION

Opportunity for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to make a difference, play a key role in developing strategy and leading your team through a period of growth.

Your main responsibilities will include, but aren't limited to:

·  Strategic direction and execution for your region, credible and in line with regulatory requirements
·  Developing a high performing team of 5 direct reports, ensuring commercial excellence and your team's ongoing development
·  Sales forecasting, review and reporting
·  Key Opinion Leader engagement
·  Nurturing strong relationships across the business, especially your peer managers in other states to ensure a cohesive team focus

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role ideally you will have:

·  Proven previous experience (3+ years) in a Regional Sales Manager role
·  Commercially astute with a customer focussed attitude
·  A passion and demonstrable evidence of developing a team
·  A healthcare professional background coupled Key Opinion Leader engagement and activation
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·  Valid driver's license and clean driving record
