About the Job

As our newOn-Site Support Analyst intern you will be working within the OSS (On-Site Support) Team in our office in Zoetermeer, NL. You will support the team with providing the best possible service for our employees regarding every type of IT issue. Our main purpose is to handle all kind of incidents (CLIO tickets) and to provide on-site support . You will be working within an open team, which is based on freedom and trust and is proactive and being recognized as IT . We give our best to increase the quality of our services based on feedback with an eye for efficiency.

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

·  Prepare and configure hardware for new hires and replacements of hardware;
·  Assist with meeting room & printer issues;
·  Improve processes to make work more efficient;
·  Maintain and create new documentation;
·  Help with and solve upcoming incidents.

About You

You are a Bachelor/Master student in IT or any other related studies, with a genuine interest in IT and customer service. You must have a structed mindset in order to deal with many different stakeholders and requests at the same time. You should be eager to learn new things and persevering for finding solutions. We are looking for a real team player with an autonomous working-style, as you will be given a lot of responsibility, but not afraid to ask questions when needed . You should also feel comfortable to express yourself well and to communicate with a lot of different people.

There are some hard requirements that you should consider:

·  You are enrolled as a student during the whole duration of the internship

(if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university);

·  You are fluent in English – oral and written; French is considered a plus;
·  You can start as soon as possible for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days a week (no thesis assignment) ;
·  You are able to work in Zoetermeer, Netherlands
