Role and Responsibilities

To act as the primary point of contact for assigned department, including managing, providing advice, and giving guidance to clients on all employee-related matters. Moreover, this position need to do manpower planning, standards and policies, HR budgeting and monitoring, performance management, people development, on-boarding program, to ensure that it has the resources and capability necessary to deliver the required level to clients within the business unit.

Manpower planning:

1. Manages and controls manpower planning, coordinating and performing staffing strategy and being responsible for the on-boarding process. Prepare all related documents for staffing i.e. personnel requisition form, personnel action form, organization update.

2. Plans, monitors workforce planning and human resource management budget.

3. Annually review JD and update when there is change.

Recruitment

4. Identify hiring needs, create job requirement, obtain approval, interview shortlisted candidates and debrief and validate external candidates.

5. Advise on the structure of packages to be offered to new hires.

6. Conducts the retention interview and exit interview; summarizes and analyses the results / feedbacks as well as identifies the root causes and areas for improvement with the solutions.

On-boarding program

7. Prepare, inform line manager and new employees the on-boarding program and coordinate to ensure the program is completed

8. Prepare and ensure accuracy of announcement of new employee and employee movement

People Development

9. Understand functional career book, facilitate career plan with line manager

10. To discuss development needs and create and validate TDP

11. Ensure CBU proximities including learning proximity activities i.e. enable and facilitate One Learning a Day, provide inputs/review training plan, identify collective competency needs to support business transformation.

Organization Development:

12. Provide people insights, consult on people movement across functions

13. Support organization development activities

14. Collects internal mobility needs, supports/challenges supervisors and talents.

15. Resolve complex and/or high risk people issues to deliver commercial and pragmatic outcomes.

16. Provide coaching support to others (e.g. People Leaders and other business leaders) in effective people management

17. Provide HR support in firm-wide restructuring / acquisitions / ER initiatives

18. Proactive collaboration with other HRBPs to facilitate and enable the matrixed organization

19. Liaise with the other HRBPs in the People function to drive consistency across the business and to share best practice

Performance Management

20. Follow up probation progress with line manager

21. Follow up, communicates, the company's performance management system (PDR)

Compensation and Benefits:

22. Provide advice to the Human Resource policies to ensure that they are in competitive with market and in-lined with the legal compliance

23. Manage merit increase and promotion according to company guideline and submit all data on time.

Employer Branding

24. Aligning EB strategy with SEA cluster branding to ensure consistent, powerful branding.

25. Responsible for planning and executing employer branding strategy for CBU according to timeline, budget and global direction. This involves building candidate pipelines with relevant audience, identifying the best sources for desired candidates, setting up recruiting events & developing engagement programs for target audience

Management Trainee Program:

26. Running the program from branding, recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations

27. Be a key contact point for MTs

28. Responsible for overall improvements to the program.

International Mobility:

29. Managing the operational workload for those on mobility such as home leave, housing, car leasing, work permits, storage fees, etc.

30. Tracking the expenses of those on mobility according to their entitlements in contract

Qualifications

·  Degree in Business Management/HRM
·  4-5 years' experience all HR functions, preferably HRBP role with international company.
·  Knowledge and experience in FMCG industry is an advantage
·  Leading and project management experience
·  Very good communication and presentation skill
·  Able to lead and work across function team through influencing
·  Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
·  Very good interpersonal skill and teamwork
·  Result oriented, initiative, good work ethics and professionalism
