HEALTHCARE STRATEGYTRAINEE – INTERNSHIP/STAGE

For our Specialized Nutrition division in Milan we are looking as of now for a Healthcare Strategy Trainee.

During your internship you’ll be part of a dynamic team and you’ll have visibility on all the company’s departments, and you’ll contribute to the achievements of your team.

About the job

By supporting the Adult Healthcare team you’ll collaborate with several company’s departments and external stakeholders (Sales, Bids office, Finance, Medica, KOLs, HCPs) to develop your analytical skills and to discover competitive dynamics of healthcare adults products’ market.

In details, you’ll be involved on:

Sales and market trends analysis

Creating and editing products’ technical specification sheets

Delivering trainings to sales force about our products portfolio

Supporting the senior brand manager with promotional activities and communication strategy

Ad hoc activities on different therapeutic areas

Supporting bids office where required

Supporting with events and congresses organization

About you

To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role, we believe you need to have:

Master’s degree in Economics, Pharmacy, Biology or Biotecnology;

Problem solving and entrepreneurial thinking;

Structured and analytical way of working;

Relational skills and flexibility;

Previous international and/or internship experience will be a plus;

Excel and Power Point knowledge;

Fluent in English.
