COMPLIANCE TRAINEE – INTERNSHIP/STAGE

For our Cluster Business Services division in Milan we are looking as of now for an Compliance Trainee.

We offer an internship/stage .

During this experience you’ll be part of a dynamic team and you’ll have visibility on all the departments of our three divisions (Essential Dairy and Plant Based, Early Life Nutrition and Advanced Medical Nutrition) in Italy and Greece and you’ll contribute to the achievements of your team.

About the job

You’ll support the companies of our three divisions (Essential Dairy and Plant Based, Early Life Nutrition and Advanced Medical Nutrition) for compliance matters in their day by day relation with several stakeholders: internal as HR, Marketing and Sales and external as legal firms, agencies and learning consultants.

In details, you’ll be involved on:

·  Internal audits;
·  D. Lgs 231/2001 support;
·  Compliance and privacy matters support;
·  Legal researches on data bases;
·  Training on compliance topics.

About you

To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role, we believe you need to have:

·  Master’s degree in Law and/or Compliance;
·  Problem solving and entrepreneurial thinking;
·  Structured and analytical way of working;
·  Relational skills and flexibility;
·  Previous experience in Compliance and/or Legal area will be a plus;
·  Fluent in English.
