DANONE SA is looking for a Company Reporting and Business Controller M/F in France (FR) based in Paris.

ABOUT THE JOB

The principal missions are:
• Ensure Company's month-end and Forecast process
Coordinate with conso and Worldwide Business Units calendar and consolidation process (magnitude tool, Go Wbu, instructions scope management...)

Update Company documentation on Wefi

Ensure accuracy and consistency of consolidated figures

Publish mails of month-end closings (Trend, D+2) for CFO and for COMEX

Prepare rolling forecast dashboards for CFO and Investor relations

• Ensure Company Bridge on Histo Data and bridge with Forex and Scope rules
Ensure reliability of Histo to Histo Bridge with scope and forex effects
Prepare LFL conversion rate update of the Company with the Treasury and validates with VPF
Analyze and Simulate Scope and Forex translation impacts on key financials

• Tool management
Define the evolutions /simplification of Magnitude submissions by CBU and WWBU
Coordinate the modifications with administrators, carry out users tests. Communicate changes to WWBU
Manage and continuously improve the visualization tools used for performance reviews with COMEX

• Manage the Like for Like process

Organize validation meetings with conso and WWBU and ensure the respect of Company rules
Update and publish Company rules when change
Consolidate and build bridge between actuals histo to comparable data to the attention of financial communication
Answer external auditors' questions concerning the construction of the comparable

• Perform Company result analysis to various stakeholders
Contribute to the monthly Comex presentation for CFO
Communicate figures and the analyses for Financial Communication to publish Company results
Communicate Company figures/analysis on ad hoc requests
Prepare ad hoc analyses

Your key contacts are: Investor Relations / Consolidation / Controlling Worldwide Business Units teams/
Analytical and Tools skills: High proficiency in Excel is expected, Magnitude, BI tools
Capacity to work efficiently in short deadline
Ability to listen, to animate and create transverse communication with an open mind and in a constructive spirit.
Capacity for anticipating changes with high reliability in results.
