Missions

The depositary activity plays a specific role in protection of the investors.

Its task is to accompany the ongoing activity of the investment management company in all details that are decisive from a supervisory point of view and to check compliance of this activity with German and European capital investment law and the contractual bases of the respective investment fund and to protect the financial assets held in the fund’s portfolio against losses.

 

In the context, your role will be to support the team on the following topics:

 

·  Review of contracts, particularly financing contracts, purchase and sale agreements and statute agreements with regard to their conformity with applied law (all transaction requiring consent by depositary)
·  Maintenance of the inventory list (evidence of ownership)
·  Valuation of the net asset value of the limited partnership companies
·  Testing of application
·  Access development (if IT oriented)
