Job summary

The candidate will work in the accounting team, within Finance area.

Main responsibilities:

·  Coding, scanning and entering invoices into the Accounting System
·  Calls and retrieves the authorizations of the expenditure for payment document
·  Verify that the payroll flow is correct, (since the entries are automatic), and posting into the accounting system
·  Bank settlements of all invoices
·  Prepares and posts into the accounting system entries related to General Accounting (i.e. petty cash, credit card charges, bank transactions, employee expense reports, suspense accounts, etc.)
·  Closing and printing of accounting books (i.e. VAT journal…)
·  Invoices to customers for fees income, services and various other
·  Reconciles the bank accounts statements
·  Supply information to external vendor concerning invoice and services received
·  Prepare and reconcile the tax payments
