Overall Purpose of the Job:

Responsible for working closely with the subsidiary team providing business analysis to the Amundi subsidiary branch and employees. Activities will include technical support and assistance to users, providing user training on global systems and being involved in any global application rollouts.

Responsible for providing a high level of service to all users and helping to ensure the smooth running of all appropriate processes and systems.

 

Main Accountabilities:

Provide first line support Amundi Investment platform
Identify problem areas and resolve or escalate to Amundi Paris, if required
Provide system and incident management and control 
Participate in local small application development if required
Support business users teams to implement business processes or system changes
Participate in the global rollout of applications (UAT, Go-live follow-up) and provide IT system unit testing
Provide end-user training if required
Provide business insight and technical expertise across the different sites and continuously look for opportunities for improvement within the team e.g. processes and procedures
Work and co-ordinate with other Amundi IT teams to resolve customer problems, to design, to develop, to test and to deploy application solutions
Document and optimise the support activity
 

 

Key Attributes and Skills:

The role holder will need to possess excellent interpersonal skills to handle users’ requests and good technical capabilities to support the wide range of applications running on the AMUNDI Global Platform (Front Office, Trading, Middle Office, Risk, Referential, Compliance, Finance, etc...).
Strong analytical skills
Willingness to learn new skills and systems
The role holder will have good relationship building and communication skills
The role holder will be a team player who will be flexible and hard-working depending on the demands upon the IT team
Experience interacting with senior IT and business management employees
Programming language and database skills will be useful
Good verbal and written English

Expérience

Knowledge in Finance, preferably in Asset Management

Compétences recherchées

-Ability to understand technically and functionally complex Asset Management software developed in foreign countries
-Clear and synthetic written and oral communication skills, ability to communicate with foreign teams, mostly based in Europe
-Understand user needs and reformulate them in specifications. Assess cost/benefit of such needs to be able to explain them to committees that will prioritize them.
-Be rigorous and tenacious to make sure requests and issues are properly addressed by vendors or European support and development teams
-Ability to work independently and as a member of a team

Outils informatiques

-Excel/VBA or Python knowledge to be able to answer to users basic/quick needs
-Experience in development (C#, Java, Python) would be a plus

Langues

English. French would be a plus.
