Poste et missions:
The Elements Life Process Specialist is the specialist of the process that covers the entire life of an After Sales Services, from the creation of the Service inside SAP to the end of life of the service (contract suspension/reactivation process, km/inflation adjustment process, invoicing process check).
The Elements Life Process Specialist has the responsibility to load all the master data related to an After Sales Services inside SAP in a fast and proper way following the specific procedures and manuals released.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Responsibility to load all master data related to M&R and EW on standard system (SAP Contracts), for Truck and Bus, accordingly to the central policies, in order to support brand
- Responsibility of the time insertion and of the consistency of M&R and EW after sales services inside the standard system
- Manage the administrative back office following all the steps of the life of the after sales service, from contract uploading to contract closure (contract suspension/reactivation, km adjustment, inflation adjustment, invoicing process) with weekly check of rates and notes invoicing process
- Standardize and release procedures and policy to markets, brand, dealer, customer regarding the life of the after sales service (contractual texts, contract extension, km adjustment, inflation adjustment, contract suspension, etc…)
- Prepare, release and maintain the user manuals related to SAP Contract and all the customer specific management present in EMEA markets
- Manage and maintain SAP Contract, following all the new improvements released by ICT
Profil:
- Language skills: Danish and English as a primary requirement. Other languages would be an advantage
- Logical and rigorous problem solving approach
- High level of autonomy
- High capability of team working.
- ICT skills: very good knowledge software Microsoft office and specific company applications
- Customer Oriented
