Poste et missions:
You will be a support to CNH Industrial N.V.:
- Follow the quality controls in the warehouse operating processes
- Monitor quality reports for the UK filing and ensure consistency with other European filings
- Help analyze the causes of errors and set up corrective actions
- Conduct local quality reviews involving Distribution and Dealer support teams
- Liaise with other depots (and the Central Europe team) to achieve the objectives and exchange best practices.
- Support WCL initiatives (quality pillar) when launched in Daventry
- Participate in the resolution of technical claim
- Perform daily and occasional checks as needed
Profil:
Housing is supported by CNH.
- Ability to work independently, as well as with a team
- Computer skills: Excellent Office Package
- Self-motivated with high energy level and a strong work ethic.
- Commitment to high standards of excellence and integrity.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
