Poste et missions:
The Dealer & Key Account Support Account Specialist takes care of a portfolio of dealers in Africa Middle East (AME) that actively supports in daily operations and through the optimization of the procurement processes of spare parts of CNH Industrial.
The Dealer & Key Account Support Account Specialist has the responsibility to respond to customer needs by coordinating the activities that lead from taking orders to shipping and billing to the dealer.
- Supervising the outbound flows of the spare parts to the dealer, the DPS Account Specialist is responsible for the network portfolio and autonomously follows and coordinates the issues concerning:
o backorders, forecast of availability, quality, billing, document control, transport and deliveries
- The DPS Account Specialist activates communications to the network and proactively supports the dealers and the Commercial team in relation to any queries related to the Parts Operations area of CNH Industrial
- The DPS Account Specialist supports the dealers and internal colleagues in relation to any question concerning the order management flow, from the phase of placing the order up to the billing one.
- The DPS Account Specialist operates as a link between the dealerships and the Commercial team on the one hand and the Parts Operations on the other, filtering and addressing requests and problems to the correct reference department so that effective and fast solutions and controlled responses are provided.
- The DPS Account Specialist, if necessary, sets specific actions with the colleagues of the Expediting, Technical Support, Distribution or Logistics, in order to find alternative solutions to ensure the delivery of spare parts in line with what was agreed in the Commercial Policies
- The DPS Account Specialist manages, monitors and approves goods returns and claims based on the processes and rules of CNH Industrial
- The DPS Account Specialist trains the dealerships for the use of CNH Industrial systems
Profil:
- Languages: excellent level of local language and English (read, written and spoken). The knowledge of Spanish is a plus to manage communications with Latin America markets
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package with particular focus on Excel and Outlook
- Ability to build relationships with customers (internally and externally) and commit to work as part of a team
- Active person, demonstrates initiative, proactivity and commitment to increase dealer satisfaction
- Excellent organizational and negotiating skills
- "Team Player". Shows the will to change the culture of the company working together with colleagues to solve problems and to communicate solutions in order to help promote the company's image
