Job Description
As a VIE, you will join our Spanish subsidiary within the supply chain department, your main missions will be to assist on :

Demand planning:
• Sales forecast calculation
• Organize the S&OP sales forecasting routines, involving sales and marketing teams and communicate the appropriate data to all departments
• Monitor and analyse Forecast accuracy and Bias
• Feed the SAP MRP with sales forecast output from DynaSys
• Feed the group S&OP process through DynaSys with sales forecast on dry yeast and ingredients.
• Communicate intercompany purchases needs to internal suppliers and to the region S&OP lead.

Supply Planning:
• Recommend and maintain optimal inventory levels at various stages in the supply chain in order to achieve customer satisfaction levels as well as mitigate inventory exposure
• Assist in quantifying and defining scope for capacity, resource, logistics, and supply chain planning.
• Work with operations to optimize production efficiencies with a focus on cycle times, batch sizes, working capital, and shift strategies.

New initiatives management:
• Take part to the Innovation cell to be informed of all initiatives
• Integrate New Product Introduction, End Of Life, Promotions, Support requirements, and other product demand signals into the demand forecast.
• Ensure smooth transition of New Product Introduction from Engineering/Product Management to Mass Production.

Supply Chain performance analysis & continuous improvement:
• Calculate & monitor OTIF (1 & 2) and adpat suply planning and purchasing accordingly to maximize customer satisfaction
• Work to reduce the cost of sales and operations planning, recommending improvements to procedures.

Qualifications
Masters degree in engeneering or economics
One first experience in Supply-Chain
SAP experience is a plus
Good analytical skills and good ability to work with numbers
Organizational skills
Excel
Languages required :

English: fluent
Spanish: fluent or at least strong basics to learn quickly
