Faurecia Interior System is recruiting for its production site in Peine:

VIE Junior Logistics Customer Contact Engineer (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities are:

- Analyse, understand and anticipate the customer needs
- Prepare internal production plan based on customer requirements and valid Faurecia Standards
- Cooperate and communicate the production plan approvals and implement possible solutions of operative actions, defining the delivery priorities
- Prepare and announce expedition of finished goods to customer, in terms of transport frequency, uploads breaks and transported volumes
- Analyse customer Misdeliveries Per Million in a way to propose improvement action plans
- Define and optimize the data gathering and exchange
- Ensure data quality in systems
- Follow up the achievement of the customer delivery program
- Manage the alerts
- Follow up the transportation and the delivery of pieces

Skills:

• Master degree in engineering with a specialization in Logistics is a plus
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency in standard office software (Excel, Powerpoint)
• SAP skills are helpful
• Self-starter with good organizational skills
• International mindset
• Passion for automotive business
