Poste et missions:
As a junior HRBP with Schneider Electrics Belgium, your role is to support the HR organization on HR program development and deployment and use of HR products and services, including compensation, diversity management, workforce planning, staffing, organization and people planning, and performance management.

An HR team of 6 professionals manages all people matters for all Belgian entities. You will report directly to the HR Director Belgium.

1. In collaboration with the Senior HBRPs, implement HR policies, process and programs in support of Business. Work closely with international HR on global strategy and execution (talent planning and management, performance management, reward and recognition, learning and development, change and organizational development)
2. In close collaboration with the senior HRBP and the managers, you’ll identify the competency gaps and the critical competencies in the organization. You’ll support the actions launched to ensure that the skills will be adapted to the needs of the organization (training, mentoring, skills transfer, …).
3. Creating the Home Office policy (extended to New Ways of Working), induction program, buddy program and onboarding process, Expense policy
4. Support the 2020 Social Elections process for Belgium (process whereby unions have their company employee representatives elected; elections in May 2020 of the collective labour relations organisms: Works Council, Committee of Prevention and Protection at Work, respective Syndical Delegation of blue-collar and white-collar workers)

Profil:

Education: Preferred: Master’s degree Human Resources, Law, Psychology, Social Sciences or Communication.

Technical Field: You are familiar with internal communication & social /digital media; Analytic, structured, you love to analyze data and get the best interpretation out of it. Previous experiences in industrial environments (Internships, Apprenticeship) is a plus.

Language skills: Fluent in French and English, speaking Dutch could be a plus.

Personal abilities or skills: excellent communication and interpersonal skills, creativity, natural leadership, customer-oriented mindset.
