Mission:
• Assist senior executives of the deal team, primarily but not exclusively through financial analysis, transaction structuring, and industry research on prospective private debt investments
• Perform due diligence, credit analysis and financial analysis
• Prepare new deal summaries and investment paper to the Investment Committee
• Assist in preparation of transaction documents, marketing materials and fund marketing efforts
• Support senior executives in staff meetings, functional meetings, team and client meetings
• Provide internal follow up of screening of prospective investment opportunities as well as tracking of the firm's investment pipeline
• Assist with monitoring of assets including review of monthly operating results and updating relevant internal monitoring / reporting templates
• Maintain appropriate deal database and document filing systems and ensure compliance with records retention procedures
• Travel may be required, mainly across Germany

Profil:
• Excellent analytical, technical, interpersonal, and client facing skills
• Strong desire to learn and succeed
• Strong financial modeling skills and ability to conduct financial and credit analysis
• Investment writing and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently as well as being a team player
• Fluent in English, at least basic German skills
• Master degree with a financial or business-related specialization, ideally from leading business school (Grande École de Commerce)
