REMUNERATION MENSUELLE :2369€ (indemnité non contractuelle fixée par décret et arrêté, dont le montant peut varier notamment en
fonction de l’évolution du barème de référence, de la localisation de la mission et des cas d’abattements prévus par les textes)

Technical support for the Line & Process pipes sales activities in Korea, Japan. Contribute to develop Vallourec offers by promoting premium differentiation towards all stakeholders (EPCs, End Users, Design Institutes…) and by supporting our customers’ projects at all stages.

Poste et missions:
• Support on the technical side the sales activities and customer portfolio and products development in the Region (imports from Tianda, Europe, Brazil)
• Preparation of technical offers : link between Customer / Sales Manager / Sales Assistant about the analysis of the Customer's technical specifications/requests in accordance with mills feasibilities. In charge of internal process of customers specifications registration in Vallourec offering/ordering system. Propose optimizations.
• Answer to customer's questions sent daily to Sales Assistant/Sales Manager
• Support mills qualification process with local customers (EPCs, Operators…)
• Identify technical trends and liaise with R&D to propose technical solutions or evolutions to the mills
• Actively influence & promote the Vallourec’s products and services (with Sales Managers) to customers and organization (licensors, norms)
• Participate to building the customers and stakeholders power maps and creates intimacy with key people
• Coordination with mills in case of customer's dissatisfaction and/or claim
• Participate and actively lead preproduction meetings between mills and customers (or his representative as third party inspector)
• Assist to the preparation of technical documents (product presentations, brochures, notes, guidelines, etc.…)
• Participate to the training of Sales Assistant / Sales Manager through specifications analysis and formatting of bid documents
• Propose and organize technical meetings, workshops, possibly participate to fairs, conferences…

Profil:

Must have :
- Engineering degree
- Fluent in English
- Ability to coordination and problem solving in complex environment
- Ability to communicate with customers, and make presentation
- Ability to teamwork
- 2 years of experience in a B2B industrial international company

Nice to have :
- Knowledge of Asia, Korea and China are plus (exchange, trainee)
