We are looking for a Supply Chain Engineer in our branch in Miami.

Integrated in our logistics platform in Miami, the supply chain engineer is a key contact for our customers KPI and continuous improvement.
Actively promote a culture of Continuous Improvement. Lead teams in continuous improvement activities, process redesign and waste elimination. Perform analysis, suggest improvement actions and coordinate implementation of continuous improvement plan to enhance performance, quality and safety, reduce cost and achieve budget targets in Miami logistic Operations.
Support business development by leading the implementation of new customer operations or new services in the logistics operation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

• KPI:
? Implement and follow-up KPI as per contract with customers as well as for internal control
? Implement daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements for performance, compliance and analytics and assist team in evaluating and analyzing KPIs.
? Prepare monthly business reviews (MBR), as well as QBR (quarterly) and YBR (yearly) and participate in stakeholder meetings.
? Prepare reports for management and customers as may be required with recommendations to improve supply chain.

• Continuous Improvement:
? Develop a culture of continuous improvement within the team
? Support the development and alignment with customer on process improvement and/or enhancement strategies
? Confer with logistics management teams to determine ways to optimize service levels, maintain supply-chain efficiency, or minimize cost.
? Works with department leaders to identify areas of opportunity whether related to savings or product utilization.
? Apply analytic methods or tools to understand, predict, or control logistics operations or processes.
? Support operations in establishing SOP to improve efficiency, quality and on-job training.
? Provide tools and method to analyze client forecasts and historical trends to create fulfillment plans to optimize management, equipment, resources, and staffing

• Billing, P&L analysis & Budget
? In charge of monthly billing to customers of Miami hub
? Analyze monthly the hub P&L versus budget and identify variances., suggest actions to improve performance
? Manage systems to ensure that pricing structures adequately reflect logistics costing.
? Participate in budget preparation

• Project management
? Lead locally project either from customer initiative or from Bollore.
? Coordinate project with internal and external stakeholders, issue progress report, maintain issue logs and project reports as appropriate.
? Support the implementation of new accounts in the warehouse by leading the implementation of new infrastructure, systems and coordinate with internal & external stakeholders.

Can be also requested to perform audit of other Bollore Logistics operations in the Region or support specific projects if needed.

PROFILE
• Master's Degree in Transportation, Operations or Supply Chain Management or equivalent education
• 2 to 3 years' experience in Operations, key account management or Supply Chain.
• Good understanding of tools & systems supporting SC process
• Good communication skills in both English and Spanish (frequent interaction with different functions/levels including customers)
• Excellent analytical skills
• Hands-on problem solver
• Self-starter, initiative taking
• Perfect knowledge of Excel & Powerpoint, Power BI is a plus.
• Process & task oriented
• Ability to perform under time pressure
