We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:

Junior Brand Manager - VIE Contract (W/M)

JOB PURPOSE

Develop and support local marketing activities/plans on the mature oncology product portfolio with strong focus on Jevtana within prostate cancer and a strong digital and multi-channel approach.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Core activities:
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to understand the market and to help build further on a strong brand positioning mainly for Jevtana within prostate cancer in The Netherlands
- Build a multichannel marketing campaign around the patient profiles
- Monitors the alignment of program delivery with the local (and regional) strategy and marketing plan
- Build a strong multichannel plan around and set up multichannel activities around Jevtana
- Supports the implementation of the current digital initiatives
- Inform, support and motivate the oncology team to make fully use of the multichannel activities as defined
- Evaluate activities and advice on actions or improvements in future
- Checks the branding of all materials within the guidelines of the product and company

Interactions:
- Works with functional colleagues
- Liaises with regional brand team
- Supports colleagues in the affiliate to develop and implement the product strategy and tactics
- Works with third parties to gather relevant data and market research

REQUIREMENTS

- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field
- Minimum 1 year of sales and/or marketing experience, sales experience preferred
- Knowledge of (digital) marketing methods and techniques
- Market research experience would a plus
- Marketing skills
- Medical Scientific skills
- Communication, presentation and networking
- Ability to operate in a cross-cultural and complex matrix environment
- Integrity and self-awareness
- Ability to build sustainable social relationships within the organization and with customers
- Analytical, result oriented, organized and a self-starter
- Team player
- Excellent command of English (both verbal and written), other languages are an advantage
