We are looking for a HR Recruiter to join our company.
ADNEOM is an international tech partner specialised in web, mobile, software development, digital factory and security solutions.

YOUR MISSION :
- Identify recruitment needs in collaboration with business manager
- Sourcing through jobboards and other recruitment channels : Linkedin, job advertisement, cooptation...
- Phone & face to face interviews
- Selection of the best talents & coaching before clients interviews
- In charge of candidates onboarding and career evolution
- Animation of your candidates network

YOUR PROFILE:

- You are fluent in English and French
- You are motivated, responsive, goals oriented and have strong interpersonal skills
- Your selfdiscipline and your sense of initiatives and creativity will be your key assets to succeed
- You acquired or are about to acquire a masters’ degree from a recognized Business School or faculty
- You have a first experience in HR position
- You have strong interests in IT and/or engineering ; Mastering a third language (Dutch/German) would be a plus !
