Scope:
You will join a team of 5 HR professionals and you will assist and be trained in the learning & development area for a company of approximately 350 employees. You will be coached on the job to gain experience, learn techniques, get familiar with the financial side of l&d and, last but not least, engage and boost the talent management in our company.

Function:
• Analysis of the learning and development needs at Fujitsu Belgium
• Get acquainted with the related learning software, assessment tools and existing learning partners
• Elaboration of individual and group development programs
• Branding of the available learning resources to raise awareness
• Engagement of local management to drive the learning culture
• Review of the approval chain and budget follow up
• Build up continuous relationships with governmental formation centers (Cefora, Evoliris, Bxl Formation, Vdab) and industry support (Agoria)
• Registration of all training and claiming of refunds
• Reporting on the training results, improvement and impact for the business

Profile:
• Good knowledge of French or Dutch, and English (both oral and written)
• Broad interest in talent management
• Eager to have an impact on the company culture
• Not afraid to work in a complex matrix organization
