Poste et missions:

To keep working on IKOS’ growth and strengthen our engineering department, we are recruiting an Electromechanical / electrical engineer for our team based in Belgium.

Description of the project: Qualification engineer/manager: Electrical equipment:

The project consists in participating in nuclear qualification activities of electrical equipment for the Belgian nuclear power plants. The requirements are established based on radiation level, operating environment or seismic level, and the equipment is qualified through either tests or analysis.

The project involves also ageing analysis on a variety of equipment such as heaters, motors or switchboards.

In this context different activities can be identified:

• Customer contact
• Supplier contact
• Follow-up/supervise qualification
• Taking part in the FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), some travelling (EU)
• Taking part in the SAT (Site Acceptance Test) in Belgium
• Write/supervise reporting
• Planning

Profil:

Profile:
- Bachelor and/or Master's degree in Science or Engineering field (compulsory)
- Electromechanical or electrical engineer
- 2-3 years’ experience
- Good knowledge of electrical and instrumentation equipment
- An experience in the nuclear sector would be a big plus (especially at EDF)
- Knowledge of the French norms R.C.C.E
- You have an interest in the technical aspects and not in project management
- You have strong English skills. Dutch would be an asset.
