We are looking for a On-Site Support Analyst to support users. You will be responsible for 2nd line support of various technologies
Do you also want to take part of membership beyond the ordinary?

Main duties:
• Asset management
• HW installations
• Software Installations
• Active support in resolving mass incidents
• Telephony and mobile phones support
• Network printers

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Experience in providing IT Support
• Troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Good Knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems
• Good knowledge in Hardware area from Desktop and Peripheral equipment
• Good knowledge of Linux based operating systems
• Knowledge of Active Directory
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Networking knowledge including LAN, WAN, VPN etc
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and procedures
• Experience in ITSM tool usage (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, TopDesk, ServiceDesk Plus etc.)
• Fluent spoken & written English language
