Functional Analyst Midlevel

Position Description
'• Analyze business requirements and do gap fit analysis in one or more areas like Sales and Distribution

• Facilitate workshops to elicit and document business requirements.

• Preparation of functional requirement and design documents

• Preparation of Test scripts, scenario identification based on functional design document

• Work closely with the technical team to customize the product according to customer needs.

• Perform configuration of Dynamics AX to fit requirements.

• To demonstrate 'Customer Focus', active listening, and consultative approach

• Coordinating between onshore and offshore

• Create training materials and provide training to end users.

• Assist in pre-sales activities and project cost estimation.

• Learn new areas /modules depending on requirements and participate in solution framing.

• Demonstrate proficient written and oral communication skills
