Description du poste :

The role:
Reporting to the M&E Supervisor
To oversee the in-house M&E team, BYES Mobile Support team and specialist contractors
To undertake PPM and reactive works ensuring that all jobs are completed in line with SLA’s, KPI’s and CPI’s
To assist with the immediate and proper allocation of work and the completion of such work in accordance with the performance monitoring system
Assist with the planning and organising of work for both direct and contract labour to ensure cost and time targets are met; to allocate and control overtime; to organise out-of-hours emergency works
Ordering materials and services, maintain records, control stock, provide engineers reports, etc.
Assist with estimates, site measurements and cost control information; to identify chargeable works and ensure these are recorded appropriately
Liaise with the client to resolve any issues
To participate in the out of hours on-call rota
Working 40 hours per week from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday


The person:
Must have good knowledge of statutory compliance requirements for building and the work associated
An understanding of inductions, permit to work systems and safe systems of work
Good understanding of health, safety and wellbeing with the ability to perform tasks such as tool box talks and training
Has varied fabric skills including fire door checks and repairs, fire stopping repairs and shower accessory replacements
Understanding of the Maximo CAFM system is desirable
A proactive, flexible, can-do approach
