MISSION AND OBJECTIVES

The Executive Assistant is responsible for supporting the managers to achieve goals. This strategic role requires organization, focus, flexibility, diplomacy and discretion. The diverse duties of this position includes day-tod-day strategic calendar management and coordination.

This role will report locally to the Country Manager.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

In view of their scope, take part in all or part of the following activities:

a. Supervised by a manager, carry out the following:

i. Typing of memos, letters, reports and/or presentations, using word processing or other software available.

ii. Send information, files and/or presentations to customers.

b. Arrange meetings and coordinate managers' schedules.

c. Screen telephone calls and visitors.

d. Resolve routine and complex inquiries.

e. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangement; create detailed itineraries.

f. Follow up of Bills and reimbursements

g. Answer requests for information submitted by staff and managers

h. Create and maintain system records, reports and documents

i. Maintain high-level contact with customers, vendors, visitors & other dignitaries.

j. Handle sensitive business and confidential information with discretion, tact and diplomacy
